By purchasing lifetime access to Nonprofit Virtual Office™ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service provides guided access to AI-powered director tools hosted by third parties (including ChatGPT) plus supporting resources.

License

Your $997 payment grants a non-transferable, single-user license to access the Service for the operating lifetime of the platform. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access credentials.

Third-party services

The AI directors open in ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms. A ChatGPT account may be required.

Not professional advice

Output from the AI directors is informational only and is not legal, financial, tax, or fundraising advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. See the Refund Policy for eligibility on refunds.
